Easy * No-Bake* Gluten-Free Coconut Almond Butter Cookies

Add these yummy cookies to your Thanksgiving menu.   They are healthy and a great alternative for the kids to munch on after the feast.   As a follower of  the "no grain" movement, this super cookie is super high in protein - which will not send your blood sugar racing thru the roof.   Heck, they can even be served for a quick breakfast treat for your guests with some warm almond milk and fresh fruit.
